Hello NMRC!

Let’s get ready to row!

We are excited to announce that we are extending our dry land training program at Sleeping Bear Club at NO COST to existing winter training members AND (drum roll) to ALL registered 2024 members! To entice more members to join up and get ready to row, we are also extending our $50 discount for 2024 memberships until April 30!

New NMRC Board Members!

Please welcome new Board members Holly Reay and Daniel Schillinger. We are so thankful they volunteered to help us continue to serve our members and grow our club in a sustainable way. We will take the next couple of weeks to get them onboarded.

Dry Land Training:

Sign up and join us for some dry land training at Sleeping Bear Bay Club in Maple City. This additional training opportunity runs from April 15 through May 11 on Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9:00am. This is a great opportunity to stretch, sweat, and have fun with friends as we prepare to get on the water! This helps with rowing sequence and ratio. These sessions will be assisted by experienced members and function as open, unstructured events. Toggling in iCrew is necessary because we have limited rowing machines available. First toggle, first served.

Volunteer Fundraising Opportunities: Please contact members@northernmichiganrowing.club if you are aware of any volunteer fundraising opportunities so our club can consider participating!
