An excellent way to experience the sport of rowing. We offer a condensed 2.5 hour session to get you started.

• Learn the fundamentals of rowing form on a rowing machine (erg) while on dry land.

• Learn boat parts, terms and commands.

• Join experienced rowers in a 2 or 4 person shell and try your skills on the water.
